Take a walk through the Overlook RRG, our micro resort in Stanton, with six luxury domes and a cabin tucked into one hillside.

Every dome gets a private hot tub, its own fire pit, string lights, and that view. Then you step inside to a queen bed, heat and AC, a wood-burning stove, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette with the coffee already there.

Guests keep telling us the same thing: they came for the outdoors and fell in love with the great indoors.

The Ivory Inn. All white brick, black door, and the kind of quiet that makes you stay in. 🤍

This is the Lexington house for people who’d rather host than go out. Everyone piles onto the barstools while somebody cooks. Coffee happens slowly. The horse print on the wall reminds you where you are.

And then there’s the tub. Deep, freestanding, and the reason you’ll go to bed later than planned.

Downtown’s close. Keeneland’s close. But the best nights here are the ones where nobody leaves.

Four ways to watch Kentucky show off. 🍂

Chimney Top Rock: short walk from the car, and the whole valley opens up at once.
Sky Bridge: easy loop, big payoff. You’ve already seen it on somebody’s feed.
Auxier Ridge: longer walk, thinner crowd. Ridgeline most of the way.
Your own window: admittedly biased, but it’s the only one where you can stay in your socks.

The Gorge is peaking right now. Save this, pick one, go.

Meet Elizabeth, our hospitality manager. 👋

Keeneland weekend, minus the hotel. 🐎

Three Lexington rentals, all closer to the track than you'd think.

The Kearney — three bedrooms, 15 minutes out. Easy in, easy out.
The Lynn — big backyard, room for eight. Where everyone ends up after the last race.
The Ashland — walk to dinner and a drink. The car doesn't move all weekend.

Everybody under one roof instead of scattered across three floors. Coffee in your own kitchen before first post. Somebody's cooking breakfast.

That's the difference. 🤍

Sometimes the whole plan is just: you, your person, and a dome in the woods.

No schedule. No reason to look at your phone. Just a fire going outside, trees all the way around, and enough quiet that you actually hear each other.

It's the best time of year for it, and fall weekends in the Gorge fill up early.

Your fall weekend, planned. 🍂

Friday: leave straight from work, drive through Nada Tunnel, and end up in the hot tub.
Saturday: coffee outside, Chimney Top Rock before the crowds, Natural Bridge in the afternoon, then a movie night in.
Sunday: sleep in, a short hike to Sky Bridge, and head home already planning the next one.

All you have to do is pick your place. 🤍
