Warehouse 764 We are located at 764 E Seventh St Lexington, KY 40505 Keith McCollum is the founder of Warehouse 764. It is a WIN/WIN for Keith & his customers.

WAREHOUSE 764 is a twice-a-month warehouse SALES EVENT where you can find high-quality furniture and home décor at unbelievable prices. Our goal is to use aggressive buying along with extremely low overhead by operating out of a warehouse & only opening a few Weekends a month to offer prices that anyone can afford. After the birth of his son in 2013, he decided to close his 7 day a week Retail Furniture Store and open this new concept. This concept allows him to deliver the highest possible value to the customer while at the same time spending more time with his family.

We are excited to share our space with The Bluegrass REmarket this week! Their sale starts tomorrow 10/12- 10/17.

They are an upscale pop up consignment event, they have a fall and spring sale each year. Each lasts a week. Local families sell their gently used items here and we give back to Kerringtons heart via our presale tickets.

Please come show them your support! And get some great deals!

Warehouse 764 will be heading to the High Point Furniture Market this week and will be back with a 3 Day Sales Event at the end of the month.

FRIDAY 18th, SATURDAY 19th & SUNDAY 20th

MANY OF OUR TOP SELLERS HAVE BEEN RESTOCKED!

Warehouse 764 is currently in the development phase of our new concept.

We’re not ready to launch it yet.

But while we continue building what comes next, we have Restocked many of our Best Sellers. We also still have furniture from our previous showroom that we want to clear out at big discounts (Up to 80% OFF).

So, we are going to open the doors for a 3-day transition event.

• Additional markdowns on selected pieces
• Bestsellers will be BACK IN STOCK
• 50% OFF all MATTRESS INVENTORY – Kings, Queens & Full Sizes
• Some very strong opportunities while the inventory lasts

The new concept is coming.

Think of this EVENT as a temporary bridge between the Warehouse 764 you have known and what we are building next.

TEMPORARY 3-DAY WAREHOUSE 764 EVENT

September 18, 19 & 20

Warehouse 764 is currently in the development phase of our new concept.

We’re not ready to launch it yet.

But while we continue building what comes next, we still have furniture from our previous showroom that we want to clear, along with several of our proven best-selling products.
So, we are going to open the doors for a small 3-day transition event.

This will not be one of the large Warehouse 764 events we have done in the past.

It will be a smaller, more focused event with:
• Remaining closeout inventory up to 80% OFF.
• Additional markdowns on selected pieces
• Bestsellers will be BACK IN STOCK
• 50% OFF all MATTRESS INVENTORY – Kings, Queens & Full Sizes
• Some very strong opportunities while the inventory lasts

Why are we doing it?

Because we are still in the middle of the transition.
We are developing the online side of Warehouse 764, working on the structure of the new concept, and continuing to determine how our physical showroom will fit into the future.
During that process, we may occasionally open the showroom for smaller events like this one.

The new concept is coming—but this is not the launch.

Think of this as a temporary bridge between the Warehouse 764 you have known and what we are building next.
