Boss’s Day looks a little different these days. 👀

Leadership isn’t just about having the title or making the final call. It’s about listening, making connections, building relationships, embracing new ideas and creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work.

At Paragon, we’re lucky to have two leaders who embody that spirit. 💜

Mary Abel and Linda Fickbohm, Paragon’s co-owners, lead with purpose, champion people and continue to shape a culture where differences are embraced, creativity is encouraged and people want to be.

Their leadership reflects what the Modern Leader is all about: putting people first, leading with empathy and creating the conditions for teams to do their best work.

And we believe the spaces where people work play a part in that, too. Thoughtful, human-centric design can foster connection, support different ways of working and help great leaders bring out the best in their teams.
