Retirement announcement

10/12/2026

For more than 20 years, Grand Furniture has been a big part of my life—and so have you.

I’ve always believed in offering quality furniture at reasonable prices and treating every customer with care and respect. But what has meant the most to me is the relationships we’ve built along the way.

Many of you came through our doors as customers and became friends. I’ve watched families grow, helped furnish your homes, and welcomed you back year after year. You’ve become my Grand Furniture family.

Your trust, your support, and every time you recommended us to someone you love helped me build this business. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Now, it’s time for me to step back from the everyday operations and pass the torch to a younger generation. It’s an emotional decision, because it’s hard to step away from something—and from people—you care about so deeply.

To mark this new chapter, we’re having a huge retirement sale, and I hope you’ll come by, find something you love, and give me the chance to thank you in person.

Although you won’t see me here every day, I’ll still be keeping an eye on things and making sure our Grand Furniture family continues to receive the care and service you deserve.

Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your homes and your lives. You’ve been a very big part of mine.
