An accent chair can do more than fill an empty corner. It can introduce a new texture, bring in a complementary pattern, or simply give a room another layer of comfort and character.

In the living room, pair one with your sofa to create a more inviting conversation area. In the bedroom, use one to create a quiet reading corner or a polished place to sit. In the dining room, an accent chair can bring contrast to the table, while in the entryway, it offers a welcoming touch and a practical place to pause. Even a home office can benefit from one, adding softness and style beyond the desk.

Wherever you place it, the right accent chair can make a room feel more considered and complete.

We’re excited to share a recently completed Holden Beach project by our Little River Design Consultant, Geralyn Li Vecchi Marshburn!

Geralyn helped furnish this spacious beach home from the living and dining areas to the bedrooms—creating comfortable, welcoming spaces that feel relaxed, coordinated and ready for time spent with family and friends.

The finished home includes Bassett upholstery and occasional pieces, Feizy and Surya rugs, Bassett Mirror Company lighting, bedroom furniture from Magnussen, Palmetto Home and Seawinds, Canadel dining, Casper mattresses and custom shutters completed with Anitta.

This beautiful property is also a Hobbs Realty vacation rental. Geralyn works closely with the Hobbs Realty team, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to help create inviting homes their owners and guests can enjoy.

If you’re furnishing a primary residence, beach house or vacation rental, Geralyn can help you bring everything together—from individual selections to a full-home design.

Visit Geralyn at J&K Home Furnishings in Little River or call her at 843-249-1882 to get started.
