JETSET Villa designed by Hector Landgrave Design Studio just completed in Buenos Aires. Argentina. The large 3 bedroom villa was a turn key interior design, with new walls / doors / kitchen / bathroom etc. and all furniture and lighting designs, and artwork by Hector Landgrave Design Studio. The spaces were changed to create a larger more airy feeling and a more functional apartment that is comfortable yet minimal midcentury modern.

Costa Rica Private villa - A piece of art designed by Hector Landgrave. Costa Rica Private Villa, a 3-story private residence, features a single program on each floor, designed to maximize natural light and views. The south-facing bedroom, the northwest-facing living room, and the west-facing kitchen-dining area are connected by an elevator and a suspended staircase. The house’s form is developed around these spaces, not only to create a sense of openness and connection but also to generate a soft, minimal, and sensual structure.
Costa Rica Villa privada - Una obra de arte diseñada por Hector Landgrave. Costa Rica Private Villa, una residencia privada de 3 pisos, cuenta con un programa único en cada piso, diseñado para maximizar la luz natural y las vistas. El dormitorio orientado al sur, la sala de estar orientada al noroeste y la zona de cocina-comedor orientada al oeste están conectados por un ascensor y una escalera suspendida. La forma de la casa se desarrolla alrededor de estos espacios, no sólo para crear una sensación de apertura y conexión, sino también para generar una estructura suave, minimalista y sensual.
