Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon & Pepper. If you are taking a blood thinner, do not add the Ginger.
I am a living proof!

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!
I switch from morning coffee to my homemade chicken broth. I feel less joint stiffness, body aches and pains. I feel GREAT. FYI.
