Sustainability is about making use of what's available in creative ways.

This is Lisa applying our preferred oil-based topcoat to the Brown Saltman hutch in our previous post. Several years ago we reupholstered a ton of chairs that had an extra inch of foam that we removed. Recognizing the upholstery foam is the same polyurethane that those little black foam brushes are made of, we haven't needed to buy those since! Finding ideal uses for materials we already have lets us REDUCE and REUSE supplies in smart and creative ways. Unlocking these tricks of the trade gives extra meaning to the work we do to restore furniture in the most sustainable way we can and to offer beautifully designed pieces to our customers.
