This might be the coolest workplace you’ve ever seen. 👀

Every organization has values. But what happens when those values shape the place you work?

At Bank Independent’s Team Campus, that question helped guide the design. ORI worked alongside ASD | SKY to create a workplace that reflects who Bank Independent is and supports where the business wants to go.

A better patient experience starts with the people behind the scenes. ☀️

Solaris Health’s expanded Fort Lauderdale headquarters supports the teams patients may never meet: HR, finance, operations and training.

Designed around how they actually work, the space makes room to focus, collaborate and keep growing.

We’re proud to share that ORI has been named to Louisville Business First’s 2025 Fast 50! Each year, the Fast 50 recognizes the 50 fastest-growing private companies in Greater Louisville, ranked by revenue growth over a three-year period.

This one belongs to our team. Across every market we serve, our designers, project managers, installers, and account teams show up for our clients every day. That’s the reason we’re on this list. We’re grateful for them, and for the clients who trust us to create spaces that support their people and their goals. Eighty-one years in, and we’re still growing.

Big news: ORI has been named a 2025 Steelcase Premier Partner!

We're one of only 38 dealers nationally to earn this recognition this year, the highest level Steelcase gives its dealer network. Premier Partner status isn't based on one great project. Steelcase evaluates dealers on customer satisfaction, ex*****on, collaboration, and growth, which means this recognition really reflects the experience our clients have with us, project after project.

We've earned this designation 13 out of the past 15 years, and every time, it comes down to the same thing: going above and beyond for our clients and the spaces we help them build.

ORI is so grateful to our team, our clients, and our partners at Steelcase.
