Mid-century inspired. Gus-Gus approved. 🐾

We built this eight-foot black walnut table for family dinners and good company. Gus-Gus is mostly interested in what might fall off it.

If duck hunting in Northeast Arkansas is on your list, get to know G & R Hunts and Lodge in Dyess, Arkansas. 🦆

Founded by longtime friends and hunting partners Ken Gillmore and Scott Richardson, G & R grew from a friendship formed during military service and a shared passion for hunting that has taken them from Arkansas deer camp to South African safaris.

They offer guided Northeast Arkansas waterfowl hunts—from pintails in rice fields and specklebellies in bean fields to mallards in timber. Guides Jordan Hardin, Zac McCullar, and Scott Richardson bring experience, calling skills, and a love of the sport—with Scott bringing more than 35 years of duck hunting experience and some memorable breakfasts along the way.

Beyond waterfowl, they also offer outfitting for turkey, whitetail, and elk, plus guided trips abroad to destinations including South Africa, Argentina, and Canada.

We’re proud to have a small part in their lodge. G & R commissioned Ozark River Tables to build this 10-foot live edge oak table—a place for guests and guides to gather, share a meal, and swap stories after a day outdoors.
