Paint & Purpose

I’m not a tiktoker but just so you know this isn’t real!

Help! I have three cupboards (or lack of) in my kitchen that I would like to tie in and be able to enclose my messes 🤣

Above my desk: it’s an open space where I keep active real estate files and bills so it’s messssy!!

My “appliance garage” used to have the roll down door but it broke and I’ve been living without one to hide my mixer and blender.

Above the microwave: my cookbooks live here only because I needed something that doesn’t get disorganized looking since it’s on display and let’s be real…I don’t use cookbooks much any more!

Which look do you like for all three?? A pull down drawer, wicker doors or fluted glass? Aaaand who can do this for me? Greg Krull? 😁

Sometimes you have a favorite old piece that fits functionally but not with your new house or decor and this is where PAINT comes in!! Paint can transform our favorites with our style. This custom is done in a fun modern green with some gold “feet” and headed back to its home! Have a piece you want spruced before the holidays? Send me a pic!

Update: Both sold! ☺️

This one turned out SO lovely! If you love it, I have a second one available! Message me! (Thank you AI for the rug assist…I really need to buy one exactly like it!)

Oooo this is gonna be GOOD! Imagine your Fall and Christmas decor on this piece! It’s being painted in my most popular color, a warm neutral green greige. I’m planning on doing gold k***s but black would be stunning too…Let me know if you’d like this piece to complete your vision!

Unpopular opinion: I would NEVER put a tile/grout shower in even though it’s considered an upgrade. (As I sit on my bathroom floor scrubbing grout with a drill attachment 😆) If you built a house, what’s something you would never put in or could never live without??

Oooo it’s decorating season! I’ve heard a lot of “do you refinish furniture any more?” 😆 I do and I still love to! The great thing about the two jobs I have is that they ebb and flow really well. I have had an incredibly busy real estate year so far that has been SO.MUCH.FUN! As things have slowed down a little bit going into fall I have been gathering furniture like a squirrel preparing for winter 🤣🤣🤣 Here are a few available pieces coming up! They are available for purchase as is or custom painted.

1) Not one but TWO of these black painted cabinets. If you have a grand entrance to your home they would be so amazing on either side of your front door! Or even just one as an entryway piece!

2) This jewelry armoire is in fantastic shape. In closing the mirror, drawers and velvet lining!

3) So many people are often looking for a tall dresser (to save wall space) with large drawers for jeans and sweaters. This checks all of the boxes! Drawers roll great and would match any decor.

Let me know if you need more info on any of these pieces! 🥰
