As with all of our cabinetry, this custom walnut vanity was bench built and stain finished by hand by us. We paired it with polished‑nickel hardware and a clean white marble top to elicit contrasting elegance.
Where many might see an unassuming room, I see an opportunity for an addition that brings a true sense of character and quiet luxury.

A great pantry should feel as good to use as it does to look at.
This Refectory pantry in stained walnut is a perfect example — rich, moody, and beautifully hand crafted, with oversized polished‑nickel hardware that gives the piece its signature presence.
But, open the doors and you see what truly matters: thoughtful shelving, deep storage, and a layout designed to make everyday life easier.
I’ve always believed that beauty comes from function.
When cabinetry is built with intention — the right proportions, the right hardware, the right interior details — it becomes more than a statement piece. It becomes a working part of the home that brings clarity, order, and effortlessness to the kitchen.
This is why our Refectory pantries have become such a hallmark of our work: timeless design, crafted to be lived with. If you would like to see this exact piece, head to our Dallas showroom where it is on display.

Coastal homes carry with them a sense of ease, and this Bay Head project captures that beautifully.
In the main kitchen, our Refectory cabinetry is paired with its oversized polished‑nickel hardware — a combination that feels both substantial and refined.
The light‑finished oak coffee station adds a warm, beach‑house softness to the room, especially with the marble backsplash and floating shelves as they catch the morning light.
Just beyond the main house, the pool house carries the same palette but in a slightly more traditional direction. We used our Scullery style in a soft baby‑blue finish, again with polished nickel, to create a space that feels connected but distinct — relaxed, timeless, and perfectly suited to long summer days by the water.
Thoughtful cabinetry really does shape the entire character of a home. This is especially true in coastal settings where light, texture, and proportion matter so much.

There’s something special about a summer kitchen on Cape Cod — the light, the breeze, the sense that the whole house just breathes this time of year.
In this Falmouth project, the hand‑painted white cabinetry sets a beautifully calm foundation, while the walnut pull‑out drawers and end‑grain butcher block bring warmth and contrast to the room. The polished nickel hardware adds that classic coastal feel we love in a summer setting, and quietly elevates the entire space.
It’s a kitchen designed to feel effortless: bright mornings, long weekends, windows open, and everything in its place.
This project is a reminder that the simplest palette, crafted well, can create the most inviting summer home.

Every kitchen deserves one moment that truly makes a statement, and in this home it’s the high‑gloss blue‑green pantry. Finished in our Lambourne style, it draws your eye the moment you walk into the room — rich, reflective, and full of presence.
I’ve always strongly felt that cabinetry can do more than serve a function; it can shape the entire character of a space. A bold color, a beautifully crafted door style, a thoughtful proportion — these are the details that turn a pantry into architecture. When you’re willing to let one element lead, the rest of the room naturally falls into place.
If you’re planning a kitchen, don’t be afraid to choose a piece that stands confidently on its own. A well‑designed focal point brings clarity, balance, and a sense of intention to the entire home.
