The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following:

• Greeting customers to provide product and sales program information.

Sales Production:
Conduct Virtual Sales Calls
Conduct Virtual Networking Calls
In-store sales and consultation

• Demonstrating Furniture and Mattress product features and explaining benefits of the purchase.
• Responding to customer inquiries to build selling relationship..
• Takes, verifies and processes customer's orders.
• Input customer sales orders and credit agreement/application information.
• Prepares and explains credit agreement
• Solicits additional business through various marketing solutions
• Follows up post delivery
• Learns and complies with safety guidelines Requires:
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to sit, lift, stand, walk, bend, stoop and kneel
• Flexible work hours including weekends Knowledge and Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Six Month to one year retails sales/customer service experience

Computer skills/Microsoft Proficiency
• Ability to use a calculator to perform fundamental math calculations
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and personnel, assimilate information and make decisions, work under pressure in a detailed, organized manner
• Ability to plan and organize daily work activities Environmental Conditions:
• Works indoors in a controlled environment

This is a base plus commission position and your income is heavily determined by your efforts and performance. The sky is limit.
