I love working with moms. Why? Because I am one. 🤍

But truly… because both in my personal journey and in my work, I’ve learned something important:

Moms need support too.

Moms need someone in their corner.
Someone to advocate for their goals, their well-being, their healing, and their voice.
They need space to process, brain dump, breathe, and speak freely without worrying about emotional reactions from everyone around them.

Moms deserve to be seen.
Moms deserve to be heard.
Moms deserve care that includes them too.

The time I spend with clients is about creating space to slow down and reconnect with themselves — to remember why they show up every single day with so much love, strength, and sacrifice. But also to give themselves permission to prioritize themselves FIRST, because when a mother is supported, regulated, and connected to herself, she can show up as the best version of herself for everyone around her.

From setting boundaries, to finding their voice, to speaking kinder to themselves, to rediscovering goals and identity beyond survival mode… these sessions are a safe space for it all.

And the best part?
I effin’ get it. 😂🤍

Because here I am… coaching, healing, growing, and momming too — often with my little one right beside me.

And honestly? That’s the beauty of it all. ✨

One of the most important things we can do when teaching our kids coping skills is practice them before they’re overwhelmed. 🤍

When children are already escalated, frustrated, or in full fight-or-flight mode, the thinking part of the brain has a much harder time accessing tools and strategies. That’s why practicing calming skills while they’re already feeling safe, calm, and connected matters so much.

Every time we practice a coping skill during the day — during play, transitions, bedtime, or quiet moments — we help store that tool in their “emotional toolbox.” 🧰

Then when big feelings come, their brain is more likely to recognize:
✨ “I know this feeling.”
✨ “I have a tool for this.”
✨ “I can move through it.”

Some fun breathing exercises to practice with your kiddos:
🌈 Rainbow Breath

🖐️ 5 Finger Hand Breathing
⬜ Box Breathing

The more playful and consistent the practice, the easier it becomes for their nervous system to access when they truly need it. 💛

Breathe Mama Breathe: A Mama & Baby Salt Room Session

This gentle session creates a calm, nurturing space where moms can care for their own nervous system while deepening the bond with their little one. It’s a peaceful reset for the postpartum season: tools for regulation, moments of true rest, and the warmth of community. No pressure. No expectations. Just open hearts, open minds, and open space.
