Walnut table. Pick your chairs. Brian asks first.

With the Santa Barbara, the table is decided — walnut finish, tapered legs. What Brian asks first is the chair color: Avocado, Denim Blue, Orange, or Dark Grey, because that choice is what sets the room's tone. The rectangular table seats four or six, and the same chairs fit the 45-inch round if you need a tighter footprint.

Search 'Santa Barbara' at qualityhome.com, or come talk through the room with Brian and the team in Mesquite.

Which chair color would your dining room be — Avocado, Denim Blue, Orange, or Dark Grey?

Same home office corner — Caitlin's a 1, Jordan's a 3.

The Portico in Brown Oak stands 78 inches tall on a 14-inch footprint — arched top panel, adjustable shelves, arrives fully assembled, and Caitlin keeps coming back to it. The Preston is 32 inches tall on a black metal frame with five gray woodgrain shelves — short enough to sit below a window or use as a surface while you work. The Ta**us goes to 89 inches with two tempered glass doors on a flat black frame — Jordan picked it in about twenty seconds.

Search 'Portico,' 'Preston,' or 'Ta**us' at qualityhome.com, or come talk through the room with the team in Mesquite.

Which one would you actually close the door and work in front of — 1, 2, or 3?

Brian's first question for every DFW client who comes in about their living room: are you anchoring on the fireplace, the TV, or trying to do both?

In most DFW homes built since 2015, the TV is mounted right above the fireplace. Brian says that one decision made every other furniture choice harder than it needed to be — five setups that show how each anchor actually plays out.

No walls moved, no new flooring, same room. Each slide answers that anchor question a different way.

Pieces are on our Mesquite floor — stop by and ask for Brian, or browse at qualityhome.com.

Same DFW master bathroom. Caitlin wants it to finally feel like a spa — Jordan just needs it to work when four people are getting ready at the same time.

Five versions, same tile, same vanity, same tub — no contractors, no re-tiling, no walls moved. Caitlin keeps coming back to slide 2. Jordan approved slide 3 in about twelve seconds and moved on.

Rugs, art, and styling pieces like these are on our floor in Mesquite — qualityhome.com if you want to browse before you come in.

Which version would you actually wake up to? Drop the number.

Brian J knows which outdoor sets survive a Texas July — the heat, the sun, the afternoon storms — and which ones won't make it to September.

Same covered patio, five setups. No replanting, no new concrete, no contractors. Just five furniture configurations built for how DFW families actually use a backyard — every night in October, not just for the one cookout that never happened.

All five sets are on our Mesquite floor. Stop by and Brian will walk you through which material and frame hold up best for your household and your Texas climate — or browse at qualityhome.com.

Which one would you actually sit in on a Tuesday night after work? Drop the number.

Same DFW primary bedroom. Jordan wants it to feel like a hotel — Caitlin says that's not a home, that's a room.

Five versions, same walls, same floor, no contractors. Jordan keeps coming back to slide 2 — he says it looks right every morning; Caitlin says slide 3 is the one you'd actually want to come home to after a long Tuesday in Mesquite.

The pieces are all on our floor in Mesquite — qualityhome.com if you want to see them before you commit.

Which slide would you keep: the hotel or the home? Drop the number.
