The Eames Molded Plywood Lounge Chair, designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1946, is a defining example of their exploration of molded plywood.

A design from the archives, brought back for a limited moment.

Originally conceived by Poul Henningsen in the early 1930s as a dedicated light for piano players, the PH 1/1 Piano Table Lamp Limited Edition 2026 returns with the unmistakable balance of function, movement, and atmosphere that defines the PH system. Its flexible sculptural stem directs light exactly where it is needed, while the layered shades create the soft, glare-free illumination Henningsen is known for.

For this special edition, Louis Poulsen pairs mouth-blown Dusty Terracotta opal glass with aged brass, creating a warm, quietly expressive finish that feels equally at home on a desk, bedside table, console, or as a statement piece on its own.

Available for a limited time October through December 2026.
