Community/Sponsorship Manager
Main Street MCM is seeking a highly motivated and organized Community/Sponsorship Manager to join our team. As the world's largest and fastest-growing Mid Century Modern Furniture community on Facebook, we are looking for an individual who can help us curate and grow our community/marketplace and secure amazing sponsors.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and curate our MCM community/marketplace on Facebook
Work closely with our sales team to identify and secure amazing sponsors for our community
Develop relationships with potential sponsors to drive revenue growth
Coordinate sponsor activations and ensure all contractual obligations are met
Create and execute social media campaigns to promote sponsors and community growth
Monitor and analyze sponsorship and community engagement metrics to optimize future partnerships
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in community management and/or sponsorship sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Familiarity with the MCM community and design trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
Knowledge of Facebook group management
