HIRING: FULL TIME POSITION

As Cienfuegos Coffee grows, so does our team! We’re looking for a full time barista that is ready to work in mobile coffee. Scheduling is consistent with our Sunday market + weekly pop-ups and private events.

Must have a valid driver’s license. Specialty coffee experience preferred. Most events are in South Miami, Grove, etc, but must be willing to travel. Your office is all over South Florida—have a new view each shift. ☕️

2025! i love doing a yearly recap because it lets me stop and truly see how my work + dedication has come to fruition. i’m overwhelmed by the love that Cienfuegos Coffee receives and will never take that for granted!

thank you for making this a year to celebrate.

i keep saying that this far into business, i need a break from “character building” moments that are tough, but i take it all in stride & use those moments to make the next year even better. (although in 2026 i’d like a little less “character building” and a little more smooth sailing 😅)

there will be a lot of changes this new year & i’m looking forward to growing our team even more to fit those changes.

here’s to not quitting my daydream—to connecting through coffee & heritage—to continuing our experience above all odds.
