“Hi, I’m Ainsley! I’m originally from Nashville, TN, and studied Anthropology at Washington University in St. Louis, MI. Before medical school I worked briefly as a foreign language teacher and later as a pediatric patient care technician. Outside of medicine, I love sampling new coffee shops (even though I order the same thing every time), making art, and getting competitive on the pickleball court. I’m so thankful to be part of the IDEA team, and I’m excited to work with y’all this year!”

“Hi! I grew up in Bethesda, MD and went to Georgetown University, where I studied psychology and biology. There I became involved in research on empathy and disparities among patient navigation resources offered to patients with breast and/or ovarian cancer. After graduating, I worked as a medical assistant in an OB/GYN practice and become a certified yoga instructor, which remains one of my favorite activities outside of medicine. I'm very interested in addiction medicine and very excited to join the IDEA team”
