For those who've been following my social media, here's a brief lesson on NDAs. I also confirmed this information with my attorney who is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship between parties but this will not hold up on a felony charge. Contracts cannot be used to conceal criminal activity, shield evidence, or obstruct justice.

Tomorrow marks the 10-year-anniversary of my cousin Prince's untimely death. I will be live on CNN at 9:50 AM Eastern/8:50 AM Central from Minneapolis to honor our legendary cousin and to talk about his death to the counterfeit pills that were laced with fentanyl.

Writer Steven Ivory was walking through the Westin LAX lobby back in February just as my wife and I were wrapping up a meeting. Steven interviewed me back in 1984 for a book he was writing about my cousin. I talked with him about Prince and I growing up together, forming our first band and information about our family. He told me he recognized my voice after all these years. Prince brought us together again.

Season 2 of premieres on Monday, April 20th. The series continues to pull back the glamorous curtain of fame and expose the darker side of life in the spotlight. My cousin Prince's unresolved death will be featured on May 11th and streamed across multiple platforms and apps.
