This was one of our favorite spots in Teknion’s Chicago showroom during Design Days! From the soft details and curves to the personal storage, this transformed typical benching into something elevated and intentional.

Originally created as a custom solution for a professional services firm, it's a great example of Teknion's ability to solve unique workplace challenges. The result feels less like traditional benching and more like a collaborative workspace that people can truly make their own.

Privacy and focus still have a prominent place in the open office, whether it's for a quick call, heads-down work, or a small-group conversation.

Creating those moments of separation does not always require a permanent room. 's POD (Privacy on Demand) offers a flexible solution with sound control, integrated power and technology, lighting, and ventilation built in. At this year's Design Days, Teknion showcased a shift toward richer materials, layered textures, and refined finishes. Warm woods, luxe textiles, soft neutrals, and subtle color palettes created spaces that felt elevated without demanding attention.

The Louis Kahn Collection from IKONstudio by Teknion is rooted in timeless design and thoughtful craftsmanship.

Inspired by Louis Kahn's original archival drawings, the collection pairs architectural precision with warm materials and enduring forms. Featuring the Weiss Table, Radbill Chair, Genel Seating, Radbill Table, and LK69 Rochester Rug, each piece reflects a design philosophy that values purpose over trend.

Last week, we took advantage of a beautiful summer afternoon to step away from the day-to-day and spend time together at our annual iSPACE Summer Party.
