Our Kitchen and Bath Showroom is searching for an expert that can bring their expertise to the table- ranging from showroom sales, to previous installation knowledge or warehousing background in the Kitchen and Bath Industry. The Kitchen and Bath Showroom Specialist is responsible for greeting customers, showcasing our products and working with a team to finalize the details of showroom kitchen sales and estimating kitchen requests as needed. We will cross train candidates to create a knowledgeable and productive team environment that is comprised of individuals with knowledge and skill sets necessary to round out the operation of our showroom. The perfect candidates will be self-motivated team members who are detail-oriented and determined to provide outstanding service to the customers and internal team members.

Each candidate should be an expert multitasker with a knack for outstanding customer service. Invariably, a top-notch Showroom Specialist will demonstrate initiative within the confines of clients' wishes.

These positions will be customer facing and multi-faceted. Each Candidate will have a set role with specific tasks based on their skill set combined with a shared group role of Customer Service within the showroom.

Key Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities

· Highly dependable with excellent work attendance record.

· Detail oriented with excellent accuracy.

· Prior knowledge and experience with 20/20 Design System is a plus.

· Understanding of basic kitchen design is a plus.

· Ability to read and understand measurements.

· Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

· Proficient with Office PC applications (i.e., MS Word/Excel).

· Must have the ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.

Expected Knowledge and Skills (education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)

Capabilities

· Leads by example; ability to motivate others to achieve results

· Excellent (verbal and written) communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills.

· Ability to collaborate and coordinate across the internal organization (K&B Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.)

· Knowledge of computer systems/programs.

· Demonstrated ability to organize and manage time.

· Knowledge of kitchen & bath design trends is a plus.

· Demonstrates the ability to provide solutions to customer needs in a win-win fashion.

· Must be able to present a value proposition and overcome price discussion/negotiation.

· Effectively balances internal relationships with external customer demands.

· Customer Service Skills.

· Previous showroom sales experience is a plus.
