We are pleased to announce that Ben Fischer has been appointed President & CEO of WEBER USA, effective October 1, 2026.

Ben has been an integral part of WEBER USA for several years, most recently leading our Operations and Engineering teams while taking on an increasing role in sales and business development. His knowledge of our technology, customers, operations, and the U.S. market provides a strong foundation as WEBER USA enters its next chapter.

This transition also gives us an opportunity to recognize Mike Rabasco for his many years of leadership, dedication, and service to WEBER USA. Mike has played an important role in building the organization we have today, developing our team, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning WEBER USA for continued success.

Mike will continue to support Ben and the organization through the leadership transition, helping ensure continuity for our employees, customers, partners, and the broader WEBER Group.

As we look ahead, WEBER USA remains focused on growth. We are actively strengthening our organization, expanding our capabilities, pursuing new markets and customers, and continuing to invest in the people and technology that have made WEBER a trusted partner in automation.
