Children’s Consignment Inventory Specialist
Tadpoles to Toddlers is looking for someone who loves children’s clothing, toys, and all things consignment to join our team!
This role is focused on the behind-the-scenes of children’s resale — sorting, evaluating, pricing, tagging, and organizing the amazing items that come through our doors.
What you’ll do:
• Sort and process incoming children’s consignment
• Identify brands, styles, seasons, and current trends
• Evaluate items for condition, quality, and resale potential
• Research brands and comparable resale pricing
• Price and tag merchandise
• Organize inventory and keep everything moving efficiently
• Help maintain a clean, organized inventory system
We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Knows children’s brands and fashion
✨ Has an excellent eye for condition and detail
✨ Is extremely organized and efficient
✨ Is comfortable researching brands and resale values
✨ Has an interest in children’s consignment and secondhand shopping
✨ Works well independently and as part of a team
✨ Takes pride in getting the details right
