In this kitchen, every element was selected to work together - from the countertops and cabinetry to the statement hood, integrated appliances and cabinet hardware.

A few details we’re loving:

• A substantial countertop that gives the island visual weight
• A backsplash and statement hood that create a focal point without competing with the architecture
• Integrated Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances for a seamless look
• Cabinet hardware that adds just the right amount of contrast
• Layered PALECEK lighting that brings the materials to life

While we can be influenced by the colors dominating the season, good design isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about knowing how to interpret them in a way that feels considered, personal, and ultimately timeless.

This season, we’re seeing rich chocolate, burgundy, olive, mustard, and even blue make their way into interiors. The trend may change, but the way a color makes a space feel can last for years.

A beautiful room isn’t just about the big pieces. It’s the smaller design decisions - and how they work together - that make a space feel intentional.

Here are 5 details we love in the coastal luxury residence:

The rounded silhouette softens the clean architecture and creates a more relaxed, inviting seating area. The deep blue upholstery also brings the color of the Gulf into the room.

The glass-and-metal chandelier adds texture and a sculptural moment overhead, while its transparency keeps the uninterrupted water view at the forefront.

The built-ins balance sculptural objects, organic shapes and varying shades of blue. The result feels collected and personal rather than overly styled.

The mix of textured upholstery, fringe, glass, polished stone and woven elements keeps the blue-and-white palette from feeling flat and gives the room a sense of depth.

Rather than matching every piece, shades of blue are repeated throughout the space- in the banquette, barstools, accessories and art- creating a cohesive palette that still feels layered.

It’s the combination of these details that gives the room its effortless, coastal character.
