Well, I roll out of bed, ready for some bleachers,
Grab my tools and head out to meet the teachers,
To double check each bolt and screw in sight.

Climb up the steps and the gym starts hummin’,
Basketball season is about to be comin’,
We’re getting every seat ready for game night.

Workin’ 9 to 5, getting bleachers ready,
Check the steps and rails, make sure everything is steady.
Our certified inspectors check each row all the way through,
With ICC 300 guiding everything we do.

Workin’ 9 to 5, putting seats in places,
For the plays, the cheers, and all those familiar faces.
When the home team hits the floor and the whole crowd comes alive,
We helped get those seats ready, workin’ 9 to 5!

𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘋𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘰𝘯’𝘴 “9 𝘵𝘰 5.”

Happy Dolly Parton Day from Bleachers and Seats! While we can’t promise our crew sings this on every job, we can assure you that “9 to 5” sounds pretty darn good coming from a work truck. 🦋

Wood or Polymer? Which team are you on?

Common bleacher myth: wood bleachers are extinct. Truth: not even close.

MAXAM telescopic bleachers from Hussey Seating Company give you both — classic wood bench seating, or two styles of polymer CourtSide seats.

Wood if you want a traditional look, plus the flexibility of true bench seating that doesn't lock capacity to an exact number.

CourtSide if you want elevated ergonomic comfort, color options, and team pride and branding.

🏫 School Facility Managers: Beat the Fall Rush

Before your gym floor fills up with fall sports and school events, now's the time to check one thing off your list: your annual telescopic seating inspection.

Telescopic (retractable) seating is required to be inspected annually under ICC 300 and NFPA 101, and scheduling now means it's handled well before your fall calendar gets crowded.

Work with a factory-certified technician who knows your system inside and out and sources genuine OEM parts if repairs are needed. Keep your seating safe, compliant, and ready for game day.
