This was my 18th❕Salone, the annual pilgrimage to the design capital. As always, it was a blast.

Meeting friends old & new, reconnecting, talking about design, future and still rediscovering the past - but mostly just celebrating creation all together.

There’s something special about being part of an industry that cherishes bringing objects to life on such a grand scale. Every year, this international design community reminds me why I love being part of it.

Twenty photos can hardly capture the intense week that culminated with Karim and Kiana’s wedding, followed by finalizing new projects in Murano.

I left feeling energized, inspired, and deeply grateful for all the incredible encounters and conversations.

I love working with stone, and creating Ribbon turned out to be my favorite project of last year. It was part of White Carrara - an installation on view at Piazza Alberica in the heart of Carrara from June to September.

Being in the quarry, looking at the vast mountains where Michelangelo once selected his marble, was breathtaking and so humbling.

Ribbon is carved from a single block of pristine white marble, yet it carries a surprising lightness. Its fluid, continuous form echoes fabric caught mid-air. Balanced delicately on just two legs, the chair plays with gravity - appearing to float despite its solid form.

I wanted the marble to feel like it’s flowing, almost weightless, yet still strong enough to hold you.

Design for me is about listening and observing, before creating anything. Then reducing and refining until there is nothing else to strip away.

Color stays essential in that process. Not as decoration, but as structure, mood, and tension that shapes emotion.

Objects that don’t trigger an emotion won’t stay in our lives for long. It’s desire that drives us, that quiet pull toward things we can’t quite explain, but instantly feel.

Highlights of 2025 & Hello 2026 2025 was an eventful year. I spoke at international conferences including SXSW in Austin, PULSE in the Czech Republic, and Slovak Professionals in New York. My work was featured in Wallpaper and Dwell Magazines, with a major feature in Designum, Slovakia’s leading design magazine.

The Vista Pendant transforms any space into a gallery of light and color. Drawing inspiration from the multifoil arches of Mughal architecture, the pendant’s layered glass design captures perspective and architectural depth. Gradients in the glass evoke emotion and spirituality, while the brass frame adds a contemporary edge. Ideal for hanging over dining tables, reading nooks, or entryways, this pendant provides both ambient and sculptural appeal.

A New York tribute to an Italian Classic for Zafferano America.

Thrilled to announce the launch of our collaboration with today!

The “Skyline” collection marks a new chapter for the versatile Poldina lamps, bringing an element of sophisticated, urban artistry to their celebrated portability.

The intricate, layered designs draw on the signature Art Deco motifs and setbacks found across the New York skyline, most notably the spire of the Chrysler Building. The collection beautifully captures the rhythm and verticality of Manhattan.

The “Skyline” line features two unique patterns available in three elegant colors (Sunflower, Steel Blue and Black/White), allowing customers to personalize their Poldina lamps with a bold, metropolitan flair.
