This past weekend, our Hermanas came together to make a difference in their communities in multiple ways. 🌎💜
On Sunday morning, H. Verania and H. Amanda, alongside the Gamma Alpha chapter of La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc., helped register community members to vote empowering voices and strengthening civic engagement. 🗳️✨
Later that day, H. Verania, H. Emely, H. Camila, and H. Kristin joined our Theta Omicron chapter in their Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, showing love and support for a cause that touches so many lives. 💕🎗️
Together, our Hermanas continue to embody service, unity, and compassion one act of kindness at a time. 💫

This Banned Books Week (October 5–11, 2025), we stand united to protect the stories that challenge, inspire, and empower. Every banned book represents a voice silenced; and every reader who turns the page keeps freedom alive.
As an organization whose philanthropy is literacy, we believe that access to books is access to power. Censorship threatens not only ideas, but the ability to think, learn, and grow without limits.
Let’s defend the freedom to learn, to imagine, and to tell our stories unapologetically.
