I'm not exaggerating when I say that I absolutely ADORE your kiddos. I am so excited and curious when you tell me a bit about your little in the contact form. I am beaming on our consult call when I hear the love in your voice and what you want to remember about their age. I am SO excited to meet them as we pick out their outfits during our planning appointment and discuss all the fun ways I can connect with them and create beautiful images. By the time I finally get to meet your little one at our session, my heart is bursting. When I cull your images I am looking for the ones that will melt your heart; I know the very best images because they make me melt, too. Whether they show me their sweet, soulful, wild, or silly side during our session, I adore them, and I promise you will adore these portraits. Thank you for trusting me with your littles over and over again.

How gorgeous is this fine art portrait we recently added to the studio dressing area?

Are you worried that your kids might be wild or silly during your shoot? No problem! I’ve photographed so many spunky little ones. Also, my energetic 6 year old and sassy 3 year old? Demanding! Exhausting! Insanely adorable. (My heart explodes thinking about their laughter.) Any kiddo, in any location, in any light… I’ve got this; we are going to create amazing photos.

Happy almost Mothers Day mamas! I hope you are absolutely spoiled all weekend. To celebrate I will be with my family all weekend, hopefully not cooking a single thing, doing any dishes, or any laundry. (To be clear we’ll still eat, have a neat house, and clean clothes, but I won’t be the one making it happen. Heaven, right?) If there is also bacon it will be magnificent! 🥳 Please tell me about your dream Mother’s Day weekend so I can consider adding some more indulgences to the itinerary 🙂

Baby’s first year absolutely flies by, and, before you know it, it’s time for cake. I know how quickly it goes, and how the to-dos pile up, so I help busy parents document these sweet moments by providing absolutely everything needed for a perfect first birthday session. Not sure what to wear? We provide wardrobe. Not sure where to get the cake? I know the best baker. Not sure if your suddenly mobile baby will stay still? They won’t for long, and that’s totally normal and awesome. One of my absolute favorite parts of my job is watching your babies grow. When you visit the studio to celebrate your baby’s birthday with me, you and your baby are going to have the best time, and you may even have some really yummy cake to take home, too. 😊

The early days with your new baby are so precious and they are gone too fast. I am so honored to document these quiet moments for you and your family; this job brings me so much joy. My favorite part is helping busy parents get artwork on their walls and albums in their hands so they can remember the sweetness and enjoy these memories together.

Well, this just totally tugs at my heart. How timeless is this and how perfect will it be when viewed with other father son portraits through the years? By the way I have SO many of him smiling (and sticking his little tongue out!), but serious baby gets me every time 🥰

Busy toddler? Not a problem! Our gorgeous studio blocks are turning out to be such a hit and we have lots of other cute toys your kids will love that look great in photos. How sweet are these little baby toes? Little fellow can’t sit up yet, but man is he rocking tummy time and loves to roll around, which is SO cute. Mom had a sweet outfit picked out for our session and then we changed bub into studio wardrobe (shown here).
