We are building the WinterFest: Elevate Your Business Expo (Nov 21-24), and to make it a landmark event for our community, we need YOU.

This is more than just an expo; it's a four-day, immersive incubator at the QNCC (100 Hinsdale St.) designed to empower our neighbors, launch new businesses, and build sustainable growth from the ground up.

We have built the platform. Now we are calling on our community to fill the spaces. There is a role for everyone.

Find Your Place at the Winter Fest:
🛍️ CALLING ALL VENDORS & MERCHANTS We have 50 indoor (8x8 ft) booth spaces and 10 outdoor food & beverage spots.
This is your chance to sell to 2,000+ engaged attendees right before the holidays.

Standard Vendors: $125/day or a 4-Day Package for $400
Food & Beverage Vendors: $150/day or a 4-Day Package for $500
Power & water add-ons available.
DOH License support program available for new food vendors!

🤝 CALLING ALL COMMUNITY PARTNERS We have 20 FREE stations (4-ft tables) for non-profits and community-based organizations.
Share your mission, find volunteers, and connect directly with the residents you serve.

💼 CALLING ALL SPONSORS To make this event a success and fund our goals, we need your support.
We have packages from $1,000 to a $25,000+ Presenting Sponsorship. This is a high-visibility opportunity to invest directly in the economic empowerment of East New York.

🎓 CALLING ALL PRESENTERS & INSTRUCTORS The Urban Entertainment University (UEU) has 5 workshop rooms to fill!
We are seeking experts (lawyers, accountants, marketers, etc.) to lead free workshops (30 min - 3 hours) and share their knowledge with our entrepreneurs.

🎤 CALLING ALL PERFORMERS Our main stage needs your talent! We are booking DJs, musicians, poets, and dancers to be the soundtrack of this four-day celebration. Performance packages are available.

❤️ CALLING ALL DONORS & VOLUNTEERS Support our mission with a financial contribution or with your time. Every dollar helps, and our volunteers are the heart of the event.
