She authored the book Cocoon House - Light in Sustainable Architecture and Design. Edwards Anker is also Design Director at the urban think tank Terreform ONE. Her design work has been exhibited at the Milan Salone di Mobile and Design Miami. She has taught environmental design at various universities, including Parsons, Pratt, the Oslo School of Architecture and Design, Sotheby's Institute, and New York University Gallatin. She holds a PhD from the Oslo School of Architecture and Design and an M.Arch. from Harvard Graduate School of Design.
