RESPONSIBILITIES:
* IN PERSON (Full Time / Part Time)
- Testing mobile phones to determine whether a unit is defective or operational
- Physically and electronically disposition the unit to the next logical destination. This may include but is not limited to the removal of stored customer information and the restoration of the unit to saleable condition.
- Inspecting phones for cosmetic damage- Performing functionality tests and grading devices based on condition- Assisting with other technical service duties as necessary. This incumbent will have material handling responsibilities and other accountabilities, or projects as assigned or required.
* WORK REMOTELY (Full Time / Part Time)
- Conduct testing on mobile phones. We will ship 4-6 smartphones (+ SIMs)
There are 2 parts to the testing scope:
1) Mobility Testing
- Drive / Walk around specific area and run speed test on devices- Record results in an excel sheet
2) Stationary Testing (can be done at your home)
- Run automated voice calling tests with devices
- Run various battery test scenarios with devices
NOTE: Testing can be executed at any time during the day/night or during weekends. There will be a remote resource on call to help/train/answer any questions you may have.
Qualifications:
In addition to a professional attitude, the successful candidate should also possess the following:
- High School Diploma required
- Possess knowledge and experience on operating mobile phones (any brand)
- Customer service and human relations skills (In person)
- Problem solving abilities (Remote / In person)
