One of my favorite areas to organize and beautify are play areas. I love imagining the play and learning that will happen once I leave.

🦄To create space for kids to feel calm, safe and inspired is such an honor !

🍄With three kids of different ages, it can be hard to keep everyone engaged with age appropriate activities.

💛 Stay organized, keep it simple (my client started toy rotations after this room was set up) and keep it well lit !

🧡 Lighting and rugs will make a space feel more put together and create zones.

💚 This client gave me a lot of freedom to do what I felt would work. What a joy ! Some people like to leave me to do my thang and others want guidance, get their hands dirty and to talk things out along side me. That works too ! Can’t wait for the next project coming later this week !

I don’t know why it took me so long to figure this out. Also: it makes so much sense when you have limited arts and crafts space and easier for little hands to manuver independently.

Today my son’s teacher told us his favorite task is putting away the library books by genre.

Fall means : It’s about to get busy.
To Do List :
- Find babysitter for school pick ups
- Find awesome Housekkeeper
- unpack, organize and deal with summer stuff
- research dance classes
- what to do with the home ‘office’ ?!
- re-organize kitchen
- purge and clean out closets
- get rid of old toys and clothes
- set up family calendar
- Call Get Her Done !!! (Not pictured but highly recommended if you actually want to get it done. ) 😉

Quickie little pantry organization.
- I put the sweet treats up top so they can’t see them and to help me remember they are separate and you have to stand on your tippy toes to get them.
- I started by taking everything out and tasting anything I thought could be stale and chucking anything that just wasn’t being eaten. No sense hanging on to a food item no one likes ! Unopened things can be donated to your local pantry.
- Gluten free has its own section of a shelf so I never have to dig around to find a snack for myself.
- prepared a few ‘grab and go’ bags of assorted crackers / nuts so if I’m running out the door I have a stash ready to go.

Is it me or is everyone decluttering right now?!
I love to utilize my neighborhood’s Buy Nothing page. Search FB for yours ! Yesterday I gave away some outgrown kids clothing to a family in need within 1 hour of posting. Also, I picked up a chess set and a puzzle from another family just a few blocks away ! ♻️✅ 🛒

Been so crazy busy I’ve had no time to post ! But thought I’d share the one gift I had to wrap this season that nearly broke my gift wrapping brain. I’d estimate I have wrapped and delivered over 50 gifts this season. 😬💪
