Suzabel return to the choreographing scene for their final hurrah! Isabel (she/her) is a senior majoring in biology, and Suzanne (she/her) is a senior majoring in Neuroscience, both with minors in dance. They have been apart of Orchesis since day 1, also besties since day one, brought together by their love for dance! This dynamic duo are MEGA ORCHY LOVERS, having costumed, ran the eboard, choreographed, and participated in the MaMa project. While they are sad this will be their last semester, they will always be cheering on the next generation of Orchesis

Sophia is absolutely flooded with happiness to be choreographing another swing piece for her final semester in Orchy. She is a senior majoring in Environment and Sustainability and has been part of Orchesis since her sophomore year. When she’s not dancing you can find her in the lab looking at snail and fish parasites or talking about chameleons. She also loves to brag about coming up with the fall ‘25 and spring ‘26 show themes. Sophia is so proud of her dancers for taking on this choreography to Hit the Road Jack, and we can’t wait to shower everyone with the joy of swing!

Reese is back and ready to drizzle fo’ shizzle. She is a current junior at Columbia studying Ethnicity & Race Studies and Sociology, but she spends the most of her time thinking about how much she loves orchesis. As a former costumer, choreographer, MaMa project dancer , and eboard producer, she is practically overflowing with orchy love. She is so so grateful to her dancers, and cannot WAIT to see them flourish on stage!!

The weather forecast is in: Nina is so excited to be choreographing again! She is a junior at Barnard studing Biology, Public Health, and Dance, and she is a overflowing with excitement for a stormy semester. Since being in Orchesis her freshman year, Nina has danced, choreographed, social chaired, and now chair-chaired for Orchesis, and she could not imagine her time in college without it! In the rare instance that she is not dancing, you can find Nina on the E-boards of CU GHEM and Gyneca, or tutoring with Sci-Inspire. She hopes the audience is ready for a downpour of fun, and she is so ready to watch her dancers spinnin’ Right Round on stage!

Mei is equally excited and devastated about her last Orchy-choreography! She is a Barnard senior majoring in psychology and dance (and Orchesis ) while working as a K-1st grade teaching assistant at P.S. 183. She strongly recommends that everyone (including you) joins Orchesis because it has been the BEST part of her college experience (no joke). Wrapping up her dance career, she is so thankful to her gorgeous cast as they embrace that the “Dog Days Are Over,” and she hopes that Orchesis lives forever

Kate is soo back like the sun after a rainy day. A sophomore at Barnard, she’s literally studying the weather, majoring in Environment & Sustainability and Human Rights. You can find her dancing with colab, with mama project, and at the end of a rainbow with a pot of gold. When she’s not dancing, Kate is trudging through the 120th street wind tunnel on a rainy day, and rollerskating in Riverside when the sun is out. She can’t wait to see her cast shine brighter than the sun in her piece this semester: A couple of minutes.

Ginevra predicts a 100% chance of excitement for her dancers to perform Alaska!

Flora is back again with Sherry this time to perform an upbeat choreography! Flora is a sophomore studying computer science and Sherry is also a sophomore studying Economics. You can find them stressing over choreographing in one of the Lerner dance rooms and blanking out on the choreography when teaching. Never ask them to count unless you want a different counting everytime... so much for math-related majors lol. But fear not, be ready to be amazed with Rude Boy’s energy and confidence! They’re super excited to show their piece with their wonderful dancers

Charlillia is back with Charlillia 6: Lady Gagorchesis! Alillia Bowden (She/Her) and Charlotte Ries (She/Her) are seniors majoring in Dance and a STEM and will miss the orchy process so much. They have loved spending their Sundays with the orchy community over the past four years and can’t believe this the end of their orchesis careers. Orchesis has brought the pair so much joy in their time at Barnard and they can’t wait to see the amazing choreographic duos that come next
