There’s a lot of noise right now.

The real estate market is selective. The world feels volatile. And it can be really easy to convince ourselves that waiting is the safest move.

Sometimes it is.

But I’ve also learned that inaction has a cost.

The house you’ve been thinking about selling.
The neighborhood you’ve wanted to move to.
The business you want to start.
The trip you keep talking about.
The life you keep saying you’ll get to “someday.”

You don’t have to have perfect timing or know exactly how it’s all going to work out. But at some point, you have to plant something if you want anything to grow.

Your life is the garden. 🌱
Be thoughtful about what you plant—and brave enough to plant it.

And yes, I’ll stop to pet every dog along the way. 🐕🤍
