Indigo Blue Furnishings Indigo Blue Furnishings is about breathing new life into furniture with bold and beautiful color. Visit us at Happenstance Vintage in North Aurora, IL.

Once you pick up that paintbrush and put it to canvas, there is no turning back. In this case, my canvas is mostly furniture. I started out by painting furniture in my own house, then sold a couple pieces and that started it. I love color, so you will find that most of my pieces are colorful. I am of the mindset that your walls aren’t the only place for color. Your furniture can just as easily make the color statement in your rooms. Don’t be scared, after all, it’s just paint. I enjoy adding decoupage, transfers and other details to my pieces. It makes them stand out from others. Papers, posters, napkins, transfers, they make furniture an interesting conversation piece and something you won’t find in your neighbors house. Come join me on this color journey and visit The Vintage Marketplace Co. You won’t be disappointed!

This china cabinet in a gorgeous emerald finish feels right at home among old books and warm lamplight. The wood overlay, the little drawer, those legs. She is statement, she is storage, she is available. Virtually staged in a moody library, actual piece is in the shop and ready for pickup or delivery options are available.

I really like how AI enhanced this photo of my dresser. A great option for staged photos.
