Interior design can be a powerful therapy tool.
This client had been through a lot in the past year and needed a restorative space to heal and reset. We accomplished this by utilizing soft curves, her favorite colors, and cozy textures. Healing and recuperation have commenced.

We shape our homes, and then our homes shape us.

When my talented upholsterer and friend retired a few years ago, I struggled to find another who matched her skill and value. When she passed away last year, it left an even bigger hole. Not only were the days of collaborating in the shop gone, but so was my dear friend.
A few months ago, I came across someone highly recommended and gave her a shot, with beautiful results. She is great to work with, and provides the value and a more personal experience, like Bonnie Suggs did for all those years.
Today, I noticed this sign on her door, and I have no doubt that dear Bonnie would approve, as she proudly displayed the same sentiment.
