We are looking for a motivated, organized, and reliable individual to join our growing team at our NEW UPCOMING SHOWROOM & WAREHOUSE!

💼 POSITION: INSTALLATION & SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

⏰ FULL-TIME | OFFICE POSITION

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Manage daily installation schedules and coordinate multiple projects.

✅ Communicate with installers, subcontractors, and customers.

✅ Schedule installations and follow up on project progress.

✅ Coordinate job timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule.

✅ Maintain organized records, schedules, and project information.

✅ Assist with daily office operations and communication between our office and field teams.

Qualifications:

✔️ Strong computer skills are required.

✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

✔️ Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred, as Spanish is widely spoken in the construction industry.

✔️ Experience in flooring, cabinets, countertops, or construction is a plus.

✔️ Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.

✔️ Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.

📌 IMPORTANT: This is an OFFICE-BASED COORDINATION POSITION, not a field installation position.
