For 48 years, Cindy has been more than a valued associate—she has been part of the heart of Scott Rice.

Through years of growth, change, and countless memories, Cindy’s dedication, reliability, and kindness have touched the lives of coworkers, customers, and friends alike. Whether supporting our team through purchasing, order fulfillment, or accounts receivable, she brought a level of commitment and care that helped shape who we are today.

While we celebrate her remarkable career and well-earned retirement, it’s impossible to imagine Scott Rice without thinking of Cindy. Her impact reaches far beyond the work she did—it lives on in the relationships she built, the people she mentored, and the culture she helped create.
