In 10 years, I’ve never said “No” to time off. Not Once!!
Our start time is between 9-10am so if a little extra coffee time, school drop off, breakfast with a friend, is needed, it’s encouraged and a Yes.
Leaving early for pick-ups or a baseball game is also a Yes!! Or dinner with the hubs, concert with friends, or family… just to put your feet in the sand.. it’s a Yes!
I believe To be creative… Happiness is a requireMINT! Balance is so important!
Family and Life comes first so our Clients get THE BEST OF US when we’re here!
No burn-out, no resentment, no guilt.. Just Joy! I hire Adults, so I Do Not Micro-Manage!! And in return they give this job and every project their whole heart!
Our team works incredibly hard, and they do it with exciteMINT because when they feel appreciated and seen, loved and supported …..it’s passed onto our Clients!! 💕
