Getting enough sleep is important, but the environment you're sleeping in can make a difference in how well you rest, too.
According to the CDC, most adults need at least 7 hours of sleep each night. A few simple adjustments to your bedroom can help support better sleep:
• Keep it cool. A comfortably cool bedroom can help your body prepare for sleep.
• Limit light and noise. Blackout curtains, dim lighting, and a quieter environment can help reduce interruptions.
• Stick to a schedule. Going to bed and waking up around the same time each day helps support your body's natural sleep-wake cycle.
• Pay attention to your mattress. If you're constantly tossing and turning because your mattress feels too firm, too soft, or simply uncomfortable, it might be time to reevaluate your sleep setup.
At Verlo, we believe comfort is personal. That's why our mattresses can be customized to your preferences, helping you find the support and feel that work best for you.
Better sleep starts with creating an environment that works for you!
