A little rustic, a little refined. ⚖️

We think the beauty of transitional rustic style is in the balance of contrast. In this new bath, Driftwood stained cabinets add warmth and character, while clean lines and brass accents keep the room feeling fresh and sophisticated.

From cabinets and countertops, to lighting and accent pieces, we love helping you find your style and pull it all together. 🤎✨🤍

If Boho-Lodge were a thing. 🍂 Our fall flat lay series continues with aubergine and oak, antique pewter, and a pop of Prussian blue.

After 25 years of using old display cabinets for a desk, I decided it might be time for a big girl office. 😜 It’s been almost a year since we finished, and I wanted to share a few of the decisions that still bring me joy each day!

• We built the desk at bar height so I can switch between sitting and standing throughout the day. My neck and shoulders have thanked me! 🙌🏼 10/10, all the stars, recommend.

• We added a wood slat wall backed with sound-absorbing felt. I originally loved it for the warmth and texture, but the added functionality is a nice bonus—especially in a commercial space where textiles are sparse.

• I let myself have some fun! The sleek cabinets and pop of color are a COMPLETE 180 from my style at home. But sometimes a secondary space is the perfect place to step outside of your box!

20+ years ago, standing in front of a cypress green showroom display, a customer told me that green was revolting and should never be used for kitchen cabinets. It ruins the appetite, apparently. I wasn’t quite sure how to respond, mostly because I’ve always gravitated to greens and blues in design. Grass and sky. Surf and turf. 😜 Organic, welcoming, and never boring.

And also because I’ve literally never met a color that could keep me from eating dinner. 😬🤷🏼‍♀️

Soooooo….we totally get that bold color may not be for everyone, but it sure is fun when a client knows what they want and embraces it! 💚🤎

Scale matters — Thoughtfully planned lighting and mirrors can take a spare bath from ordinary to extraordinary! For this 6’ long vanity, we paired Noah alabaster sconces with the 30” x 40” It’s All Connected mirror. They fill the wall space, add interest, and play off the transitional Carolina Driftwood cabinet style. An easy, almost instant, update!

We could bore you with all the details about custom storage solutions. But let’s be honest, all anybody really wants to talk about is that chandelier. 😍 We love laying out closets — no two are ever alike and this one turned out to be extra special!

We are thrilled with this striking bathroom transformation! Our Ridgewood maple cabinets in Vintage Toffee pair beautifully with the mixed metals and textured finishes. Charlton & Park left no design detail untouched — adding interest and depth to every square inch. 😍
