The Depot is a non-profit thrift store that is part of CREATE (formerly Hubbard County DAC) where we sell thrift items, Liquidation items, and also art pieces that participants of our program have created!

Direct Support Professional Week 2026!!

At The Depot, CREATE participants do more than learn how to operate a retail store. They also gain valuable life skills through activities such as gardening, caring for chickens, woodworking, and welding, all with the support and guidance of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

Every day, Direct Support Professionals at The Depot help people with disabilities build skills, gain confidence, and become active participants in our community. Their encouragement and commitment create an enriching environment where individuals can learn, grow, and succeed.

Join us in thanking our DSPs for the incredible work they do year-round to make a positive difference in the lives of those we support.

Thank you to all of our Direct Support Professionals for making a difference every day and creating opportunities for success!

Direct Support Professional Week 2026!!

Every day, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at CREATE empower people with disabilities to be active, included, and valued members of our community. During Direct Support Professional Recognition Week, we invite you to join us in celebrating and thanking our DSPs for the incredible work they do all year long to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Today, we are proud to share one of our success stories from Rachel Lindquist. Rachel recently transitioned into a position within the Park Rapids community. She would like to extend her heartfelt thanks to all the DSPs who supported, encouraged, and guided her along the way.
