Plainsman Crafts was started in 2016 by Miguel Flores. During his time in the Navy he suffered an injury and had to have surgery while in his recovering period Miguel became interested in Japanese woodworking, and when Miguel becomes interested in something he will research and learn everything possible about that subject. With Christmas rolling around the corner he decided to make custom shave boxes for his family, and ever since then he has slowly moved on to bigger and bigger project. Plainsman Crafts is mostly focuses on custom wood products ranging from a simple rocking horse to a hand planed 8-person mahogany dining tables, but Miguel being so industrious he will also do home remodels and repairs.
