Not everything in life has been easy. But the more of it I live, the more consistent it seems to become.
I’m fortunate to take on projects that aren’t like everything else, and even more fortunate to work with people who share that mindset.
A lot of what you see here are things I’ve done many times. A baby stroller is not one of them.
This wasn’t easy. Different machines, different materials, and a completely different approach than what we’re used to with cars and boats. There were moments it would have been easier to set it aside.
But we didn’t.
Looking back, it’s something I’m genuinely proud of. Sage and I created something that will be used and appreciated for years. That matters.
What stands out most is the growth I saw in Sage. She stepped outside her comfort zone and stayed with it through mistakes, adjustments, and frustration. She didn’t rush it or avoid the hard parts. She worked through it.
That’s what builds real skill. Not just talent, but perseverance.
Projects like this remind me that pushing yourself has value beyond the job. It builds confidence, sharpens problem solving, and makes you better at what you do. It may not always be the fastest way to make money, but over time, that level of care and pride becomes something people actively seek out.
Thank you to the client and their family for trusting us with something so unique. I’m glad you love it.
And Sage, I’m proud of the work you put into this and the way you handled the process. That mindset will take you far.
Looking forward to the next challenge.
