Our side and coffee tables are considered in proportion and made by hand, one piece at a time. Solid wood, thoughtful joinery, and forms designed to live easily alongside a chair, sofa, or bed.

Made to be used every day, over time.

Life doesn’t slow down when everyone comes home. Backpacks find their way to the floor. Laptops stay open a little longer. Someone is finishing homework while someone else is answering one last email. Dinner arrives when it can.

Through it all, the table remains.

It becomes the place where work gets done, stories are shared, projects are built, and celebrations unfold. You may not remember every meal or every busy evening, but you’ll remember the spelling words practiced, the geology project completed together, the birthday candles, and the holiday toasts.

A table isn’t reserved only for life’s biggest moments. It earns its place in the everyday, holding the rhythm of family that surrounds it and all the moments in between.

The Vita Bench makes more with less, built from two simple, sophisticated elements and topped with a seat of leather or fabric upholstery. The bench's contemporary feel stays true to the Moser aesthetic, echoing the stark simplicity of some of our Shaker-inspired pieces.

There's a crispness in the air that signals a change of the season. As evenings grow cooler and gatherings move closer to home, there's something especially inviting about making room for one more. The Freeport Bench makes room for all the moments that make this time of year feel extra cozy.

When L.L.Bean reimagined its Freeport campus, Thos. Moser furniture became part of the experience, creating places to pause, gather, and take in a distinctly Maine setting. Two Maine companies, brought together by a shared connection to place and belief in making things well.

A quiet corner made for slowing down. The Pasadena Rocker adds movement and ease, while the Hartford Side Table keeps a favorite book or morning cup within reach. Together, they create a simple setting for taking your time and enjoying the moment.
