15,000 square feet. Four levels. Rooftop pool deck, co-working lounges, speakeasy, game room, and a fully furnished model unit. Designed by SouthPark Interiors and Installed by my ModLogics team in Phoenix.

Install Coordinator – Phoenix, AZ
ModLogics is seeking an Install Coordinator to keep projects running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our crews in the field and support our Account Manager — making sure every install is prepared, safe, and on track.
What You’ll Do:
• Visit job sites and make sure leads have everything they need to start strong
• Assist with troubleshooting and setup
• Track time, milestones, and project updates for the Account Manager
• Enforce safety, uniform compliance, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organizational + communication skills
• Experience in project coordination or field supervision (furniture installs a plus)
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on leadership to keep projects on schedule and crews supported
