COMING SOON.
We’ve built our reputation on custom cabinetry.
We’ve refined our craft in high-end wood finishes.
Now… we’re expanding.
At New Age Cabinetry & Coatings, our Coatings division is growing.
New textures.
New surface applications.
New specialty finishes.
Not just stain and paint —
but architectural coatings that elevate cabinetry, walls, and feature elements.
2026 is about pushing the craft further.
More depth.
More material exploration.
More control over the final look.
This is the next evolution of “Coatings.”
We’re not just building cabinets.
We’re finishing environments.
Stay tuned.

This bar was designed to set the tone.
Deep, moody cabinetry.
Fluted detailing for texture and depth.
Brass accents that warm the space without overpowering it.
And clean, intentional lines that make the bar feel built-in—not added on.
It’s the kind of space that works just as well for hosting as it does for quiet evenings at home.
Functional, refined, and designed to age well.
Details matter. Especially in spaces meant to bring people together.

This space was designed to work hard and look good — full-height cabinetry, integrated washer and dryer, generous counter space, and warm, natural tones that make the room feel intentional instead of purely functional.
Details we love:
• Paneled appliances for a seamless, built-in look
• Tall storage for linens, supplies, and overflow
• Durable surfaces that hold up to daily use
• A layout that actually makes laundry easier
When function is designed properly, it starts to feel effortless.

A statement hood changes everything.
This custom hood wasn’t designed to blend in — it was designed to anchor the entire kitchen.
The soft, hand-applied finish adds depth and texture, while the clean cabinetry keeps the space balanced and timeless.
Details matter here:
Custom hood built to scale
Seamless integration with surrounding cabinetry
Natural stone backsplash that lets the hood stand out without overpowering
A finish that looks different in every light — on purpose
This is what happens when design, craftsmanship, and restraint all work together.

Lean starts with people. Always.
This week, we started installing banners throughout our shop to recognize the individuals behind the work — the hands, the skill, the pride, and the care that go into everything we build.
Lean teaches us that processes don’t improve unless people are respected, empowered, and seen. These banners are more than photos on a wall — they represent accountability, craftsmanship, and a culture we’re intentionally building every day.
This marks the beginning of a new phase at New Age Cabinetry & Coatings:
✔️ celebrating our team
✔️ honoring the work
✔️ reinforcing that people are the foundation of everything we do
Our shop isn’t just where we build cabinetry — it’s becoming our showroom, our standard, and our reflection of who we are.
Onward. Together.

Balance, symmetry, and intention.
This kitchen is anchored by a bold island and softened by layered lighting, warm cabinetry tones, and clean architectural lines.
Every detail was designed to feel grounded — not busy — and to let the space work as hard as it looks.
Timeless materials. Thoughtful proportions.
Design that feels right the moment you walk in.

From meeting wall → mindset shift.
This is the before and after of our morning meeting wall — but the real change isn’t the paint, the boards, or the layout.
It’s the belief behind it.
In Lean, the goal isn’t to have one clean area.
The goal is for the entire shop to become the showroom.
Every wall.
Every process.
Every standard.
Every day.
Visual management isn’t decoration — it’s communication.
If it’s clear, it’s teachable.
If it’s visible, it’s accountable.
If it looks right, it usually works right.
We’re not finished — we’re getting aligned.
And alignment shows.

Happy New Year and a Prosperous 2026 to everyone. 🎉
As we close the chapter on 2025, one thing is clear:
this year was about building the foundation.
2025 was a year of being under construction — not just in our shop, but in our thinking, our systems, and our culture. We committed to Lean knowing it would be hard. Knowing it would slow us down before it sped us up. And knowing it would expose the things that needed to change.
The biggest wins this year didn’t show up on a spreadsheet.
They showed up in our process, our communication, and the way our team works together.
Most importantly, they showed up in our commitment to earning — and continuing to earn — the trust of every client, builder, and designer we work with.
Lean is no longer a project for us.
It’s becoming part of our DNA.
As we head into 2026, we’re focused on fine-tuning, growing, and continuously improving — every day, every project, every detail.
Thank you to everyone who partnered with us, challenged us, and trusted us through this journey. We’re just getting started.
Here’s to a strong, focused, and prosperous 2026. 🥂

Let’s talk about edge banding — and why this matters.
This service call came in for edge banding delamination.
Over time, moisture, heat, cleaning products, or installation conditions can cause edge banding to release — especially when processes aren’t tight or consistent.
Here’s the important part:
👉 this is exactly the kind of issue Lean helps us prevent.
By improving our process, we’ve focused on: • Better material handling and storage
• Tighter quality checks before install
• Standardized edge-banding methods
• Clear accountability at each step
• Catching problems before they reach your home
Lean doesn’t mean perfection — it means learning, improving, and reducing repeat issues. And when something does come up, we address it directly and transparently.
We stand behind our work, and we’re committed to continuously improving how it’s made.
