New 5.0-star Review: "This store is absolutely fantastic! From the time my husband and I walked in the door the experience was fantastic. The staff was helpful, patient, and not at all pushy. Will definitely return in the future for our furnishing needs."

New 5.0-star Review: "Everyone at the store was great to deal and explained every part of the process well. They had a great selection of furniture. I would buy from them again."

New 5.0-star Review: "Deb, was knowledgeable and so helpful. We are very excited about our purchase!"

New 5.0-star Review: "Room Concepts is the only place I will go to look for furniture. I was in the market for new bedroom furniture and I really didn’t want to spend a lot. I went to a larger furniture store first and just wasn’t crazy about the quality of their affordable furniture. This store also wanted furniture paid in full to hold it for me. Went directly from that store to Room Concepts, found a set that I loved, the quality was so much better and best of all, the price was also better! Also payment in full is not due until delivery! That and the expert help you get from Nathan and Justin just can’t be beat!"

08/31/2024

New 5.0-star Review: "Deb was easy to deal with. She allowed me to wander the store and pick out furniture to fit my needs. She was patient while I kept changing designs of what I ended up purchasing. I did not feel any pressure to "buy today". She answered all my questions about the product. I am waiting for the build and delivery of my furniture."

New 5.0-star Review: "Over the past year I have been working with Marcy, Nathan, Barb and Justin in purchasing furniture for our home. Although I looked everywhere else, the selection, quality, customization for special order items to meet height specifics I was searching for, along with the feeling of being welcomed without being pushed continued to bring me back after our initial purchase. Since then, I have purchased items for three rooms and plan to return for future needs. Their customer first attitude along with their patience, advice (when asked), honesty, and prompt responses helped me to find comfort in money well spent on quality pieces for our home. If you want quality furniture with a guarantee and beyond, look no further. Stop by and support this family run business for it is definitely one I highly recommend! Thank you for a great experience time and time again."
