Another basement finished in Saratoga Springs!

We just wrapped up this basement, turning an unfinished space into a beautiful, fully finished living area.

This basement features a full kitchen, making the space much more useful, whether it’s used for extended family, guests, entertaining, or potentially as a rental space.

Adding a kitchen to your basement can give your home a whole new level of flexibility while making good use of square footage that would otherwise sit unused.

We’re grateful to these homeowners for trusting Pine Canyon Homes with their project!

Anyone staring at an unfinished basement wondering where to start?

Pine Canyon Homes finishes basements here in Utah County — Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, American Fork, and everywhere in between. A few photos below from recent projects: family rooms, bathrooms, kitchenettes, and custom built-ins.

A few things people usually want to know:

• Most basements run 9–12 weeks from signed contract to move-in ready
• Close to Immediate start time, no delays.
• Owner-led, so the person who bids your job is the same one you'll be talking to on it

Happy to answer questions in the comments even if you're just in the "someday" phase.
